Basic Cold & Flu Remedy

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Make Herbal Tea – Pour 3 cups of water into small sauce pan, bring to boil and add 1 packet each of Gum Wall Tea and Lok Wo Cha.
  2. Cook on low – medium heat for 15 minutes with a lid on– stir well as you cook.
  3. Cover with a lid and steep it for another 5 minutes.
  4. Strain into 2 separate cups.
  5. Take 1 tsp of UPR and ¾ tsp of D12 with one cup of the tea twice a day. (Morning and evening a few hours after meal)

If you are running a fever or nausea, add 1 thin slice of fresh ginger root to the remedy above.

Taifu Plus pills
Herbal digestive aid & detox. If your tongue is coated and you have trouble with constipation Take ½ tsp of Taifu Plus ½ hour after meal twice a day.

UPR pills
Respiratory system support: Reduce headache, fever, mucus and tightness in the chest.

D12 pills
To Reboot the immune system.


  • Make sure to dress warm at all time.
  • Do not take shower if you have fever. If you sweat while sleeping, dry your body with towel and change your clothes.
  • Best to fast or eat as little as possible, especially when you have a fever.
  • Rest well.
